Fifth+Main Meets Mike’s Doc Blog

For the frequent readers, Pete Wright over at Fifth+Main and Acoustic Conversations (formerly of Tuesdays, Noon) helped kick start the blog and my (overdue) podcast. Well, Pete and I correspond behind the scenes and comment openly in the blogs from time to time.

Pete came East to attend a world renowned learning institution, the Chautauqua Institute. It afforded Pete and I the chance to meet. He came up to Buffalo to buy his new iPhone and we got to partake in a Buffalo, NY favorite, the Anchor Bar. It was fun to meet someone who has inspired and continues to inspire my journey here and my work in general.

We talked about education, business, blogging, podcasting, Buffalo, the institute. It was a genuine great time. In the course of the conversation Pete mentioned the delays in my podcast. This I know. I am working on one now and when my construction projects slow, I will get it in the can and published.
