Blog Day 2007

August 31st is Blog Day and I completely forgot to get a present for you all. Truth is that I wouldn’t have known about Blog Day unless Sue Waters at Mobile Technology in TAFE had made my blog 1 of her 5 blogs to expose to the world. For that, I am truly thankful.

I took some time to cruise through Sue’s blog and she is doing some great stuff in the Web 2.0 world of learning. G, read, enjoy.

Here are the 5 blogs I would like to introduce to the world formally, although I posted about them before.

    Hey Mike

Thanks for popping past my blog.

I look forward to your future posts, and as I said while I might not necessarily agree with your thoughts entirely, the most important thing you can achieve in blogging is to make people think. But be gentle with us lecturers, we are human beings too. Oh, and now that the light has shined on you, maybe prettier template :) LOL

On a side issue – read your first sentence – grammar police are here! ROFL

    Sue,

Thanks for the catch. It helps to have interactive readers. You should know that I am a lecturer as well and quite forgiving about errors in language and grammar. When the errors become gross I begin to question and comment. In my case, I am paying a lot of money to have to translate gross errors into English, something I didn’t sign up to pay for in my class.

A New Template huh? I’ve toyed with a few and found that I lost some features I liked in them. I’ll give it another whirl, let me know your thoughts.
