I like the new site design! It's been awhile since I checked in with you. I think I've been standing in my own way quite a bit lately too! Your post really hit home with me. I'm still plugging away at my program too. I need to get on the ball and get a mentor on board. I've been quite nervous about that, but now I'm going to plunge on forward. Thanks for the pep talk!
